Thank you for entering the Counselling Directory and welcome to my profile - my name is Saskia and I am an integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
I have developed my practice through applying a number of different therapy theories (hence integrative), including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an evidence based therapy now widely used in the NHS. Choosing the right therapy or therapies will be the most important way in which we will be able to build our relationship and to help you in dealing with your unique situation, and I would hope that should we decide to work together we could achieve a 100% positive result.
In my career I have supported many clients who have felt traumatised and unable to see the way forward, but who managed to work through their issues with the appropriate supporting therapy.
Although my key areas of experience cover the following: Relationship issues, Addiction (I have worked as an addiction counsellor in the NHS for many years), Anxiety, Stress-related issues, Phobias, Anger management, I also offer counselling for many other areas of concern.
Please feel free to contact me by telephone or email (07789 502 105/ email@example.com) to discuss your particular situation in more detail. All contact is treated confidentially. Please note that I am also trained to work with minors, providing a parent or guardian, gives written consent.
