I aim to offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment, a safe and confidential space where together we can help you start to think and talk about the thoughts, behaviours and feelings that might be concerning you. We can discuss issues that are affecting you now, and if you are happy to, we can also explore whether things that happened in the past may be influencing your current life, and feeding into worries about the future. I work holistically, and believe that body and mind affect and respond to each other.
I work with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationships, transitions, eating disorders, body issues, anger and trauma, to name but a few.
In our first session we can discuss whether short or long term therapy might suit you best.
My practise is just round the corner from Shepherds Bush train and underground stations.
