Sarie Taylor - 4 Year Dip TA Psychotherapy MBACP
I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy, and work with a wide variety of age groups; children, adolescents and adults. I am a member of the BACP. (MBACP)
I believe I am personable, friendly and approachable and feel that my life experience as well as my training and qualifications, makes me a successful psychotherapist. I also run Healthy Minds www.healthyminds4us.co.uk which offers a range of therapeutic services to children, adolescents as well as adults. I also train in a variety of areas such as personal awareness, to parenting support.
I feel that the strength to my practise is the flexibility according to my clients needs. I offer walking, outdoor therapy as well as therapy based in Central and South Manchester. I could list all the type of clients that I have and do work with, but in all honesty, I feel that the key to getting great change through therapy, is the relationship between the client and therapist so the next steps would be, get in touch, have an initial assessment and see if we can work together.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a 4 Year Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and I feel that my style is integrative relational - basically I see the relationship, openness and trust between us is what will assist you in getting the change you want.
I have a BA (Hons) degree and then later completed a post graduate Psychology conversion course.
In addition to my Diploma, I have also completed a certificate in working therapeutically with Children and adolescents, and run Healthy Minds children's classes, helping children understand themselves emotionally.
I am MBACP
I have a wide range of experience covering private organisations as well as public sector companies within the criminal justice service, and as well as running a private practise, I also work in conjunction with other organisations, again therapeutically.
