I am a level 7 qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist holding an MSc with Distinction in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I specialise in helping clients with a variety of issues and concerns including: addiction, abuse, anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships, exam stress, phobias and underlying trauma issues.
I offer psychotherapy to individuals from a variety of back grounds and different issues. I have flexibility in my appointment times and am able to offer evening appointments to fit in with clients working days.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, which allows flexibility for the clients individual needs as I can adapt my approach accordingly.
I feel its important that we jointly agree the right therapeutic approach to best meet your needs, so our first appointment will look at what you're goals are from sessions and how I maybe able to best support you to make changes to get your life back on track.
I offer a number of services face to face counselling, support groups, walk & talk therapy, online therapy (via PlusGuidance.com), video therapy (via PlusGuidance.com) and also equine (horse) assisted therapy.
