There are many different reasons for turning to counselling. You may be transitioning through a life-event and are just looking for someone to talk to and help you understand your experience; or you may have a specific situation/issue such as anger, bereavement, family issues, anxiety, depression which you want to address to move forward.
Whichever your reason for counselling, I can offer you a safe and confidential space to talk, where you will be actively listened to and supported.
I will work with you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences to support you in finding your own answers without offering advice nor judging you.
Each person is unique, so I adapt my style of working to suit your situation and needs.
I currently offer evening and weekend appointments.
