Testimonials
"I found the sessions to be very beneficial, I felt listened to and Sarah always allowed me to express how I felt. Sarah gave me the opportunity at every session to cover anything I particularly thought would be beneficial. This was very positive and every session was professional and made me realise that how I was feeling and behaving was normal - this was very important." L.K., Hornchurch.

"I worked with Sarah to support me through some challenges I was having around anxiety.  Sarah was attentive and highly professional. Sarah’s dynamic approach helped me to develop strategies best suited to my needs.  I am very grateful for her support to re-gain my confidence and tackle my anxiety!" A.M., Canterbury
