I am a Chartered Integrative Counselling Psychologist offering private therapy to adults in Harley Street, Marylebone, Central London. I specialise in a holistic approach to mental health and emotional wellbeing and offer psychological therapy for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and other-related issues.
I am trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches in order to offer clients a tailored therapy service to best suit individual needs and goals.

For the past few years I have worked overseas and internationally largely with individuals of prominence and status. This has included working at high-end and exclusive psychiatric clinics in Ireland and in Switzerland as well as travelling across Europe to provide therapy services. I have worked in the NHS, in higher education settings and charities. I am now based in the UK and offer individual private therapy sessions in Harley Street London.
I take a holistic approach to addressing emotional or mental health concerns and this includes very much a mind-body connection and integration. My services include specialist psychological therapy, trauma therapy, psychonutrition - advise on nutrition and lifestyle to support individual wellbeing - as well as yogic, mindfulness meditation and breath work to facilitate powerful and positive changes in the nervous system and brain.
