Profile
Sometimes we need someone to talk to, someone who will listen without judgement and who doesn’t dish out 'advice'. There are some problems that friends ‘just wouldn’t understand’, and times when we feel very alone and that no one can understand what we are going through.
My name is Sarah Butler based in Andover. I offer a private, supportive and understanding environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that is comfortable for you. I am a sensitive and skilled listener with experience in working with a variety of emotional and relationship problems.
At our first meeting you will find a friendly and caring welcome where you can find out if counselling is right for you.
To help you decide whether I'm the right counsellor for you, I provide a free half hour appointment so you can meet me and ask me any questions you might have.
About me
I came to counselling from a Psychology degree, I really felt that I wanted to
work with people and understand more about their experience. I have an ability to empathise and am a kind and considerate listener. I am passionate about people and helping others achieve their full potential, I believe that with support and understanding people can get to know themselves and what they want and are better able to make decisions about their lives.
Please look at my website to find out more about me and the way I work.
