The Unit Xscape
Do you long for the opportunity to stop and think? Do you feel overwhelmed with emotions? Have you lost touch with yourself? Are you struggling to recover from traumatic events or bereavement? I offer a professional and confidential service in an easily accessible location.
I am trained as a humanistic integrative counsellor, my approach is predominantly person centred. Successful therapeutic work is dependant on forming an effective counselling relationship with you as a client. This relationship is not possible with everyone and I hope to be able to help you to decide whether we can form such a relationship. The first session is free of charge and free from commitment so that you can decide if I am a suitable person to help you with whatever difficulties you face. Sessions with me are 60 minutes long.
