Sara N Round Dipl.Couns.MNCS
For over 20 years I have worked with children and young adults in a supporting role. This coupled with my interest in psychological health led to my decision in 2012 to retrain as a counsellor.
I mainly work from a Person Centred perspective, valuing the relationship and the trust which is established within this. In addition I incorporate elements of Transactional Analysis and Cognitive approaches in order to meet my client's individual needs and the pace at which they feel comfortable working.
I am happy to answer any questions which you may have and provide further details over the phone, so please feel able to leave me a confidential answerphone message and a convenient time to return your call.
I provide 1:2:1 counselling, Couples Therapy and Family therapy, and Rewind Therapy.

Everybody faces challenges, problems and fears during their lives. Most of the time we manage these alone.
Occasionally our usual coping methods don't work and we find ourselves struggling. Sometimes we need somebody to talk to, somebody who will listen and somewhere we can talk freely about our thoughts and feelings, explore opportunities for change in order to get back on track.
At the heart of successful counselling is the relationship between you and me. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential place where you are free to discuss your difficulties
