Thank you for visiting my site and reading my profile. I provide a professional counselling service based on an integrative person centred / CBT approach.
The counselling sessions take place in a private, relaxed, non-judgmental environment where you are able to discuss matters that affect you now or have done in the past and my aim is to empower you to learn coping strategies that will improve your life now and in the future.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked in private practice and also with charitable organisations providing counselling services for a wide range of issues.
I am a registered accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I am also a member of The British Psychological Society and The British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapists.
I have a B.A. (Hons) Degree and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Having taught in secondary schools and third level colleges, I also have teaching and various other qualifications.

The initial meeting will involve an assessment and some administration work. Each counselling session lasts for one hour.
Counselling Session Fees:
£30.00 - Each counselling session is for 60 minutes.
I use a holistic approach to enhance the experience of health and wellbeing along with traditional theraupeutic counselling therapies.
