As your Counsellor Sara will seek to assist you in focusing on and understanding the issues that concern you. 

The therapeutic relationship is an essential part of the counselling process. Sara will encourage you to explore areas of difficulty and work with you in making changes that are right for you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced Diploma in Counselling.
• Certificates in Counselling skills, studies and continual professional development.
• Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
• Sara's experiences include voluntary work with young adults aged 15-25 and extensive experience of working within the addictions field covering both addiction and generic forms of counselling.
• Sara currently runs her own private practice where she works with young people and adults.

Fees

In your initial session Sara will carry out an assessment. The results of the assessment will determine the focus and length of your work together, there will be no fee for the first consultation.

The cost of your 50 minute sessions thereafter will be: £35.
