Sandy Frost MBACP
I work from home in a comfortable setting, with off road parking, about 10 minutes from Halstead. Colchester, Cambridge and Chelmsford are all around 40/45 minutes away.
Finding the right person is important. So I offer an initial session of up to an hour and a half (same fee as 50 minute session) to see if working together will be helpful. This gives us the chance to meet each other and to find out if counselling is the right thing for you at this moment. It's useful then to have some time to reflect on the session and make a decision accordingly. If you are unsure and would first like to have a chat on the phone and ask questions please feel free. I can offer day time or evening appointments and sessions last 50 minutes.
If you decide not to continue I may be able to help you find something else. Once the work starts we will meet once weekly for as long as the work continues to be useful. Where ever possible I prefer to work towards an agreed ending date, rather than ending abruptly.
