I work from home in a comfortable setting. Sessions are 50 minutes long. Both long or short term work available.
We start with an assessment to see if working together is suitable, if not I may be able to help you find something else.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained as a psychodynamic counsellor at the Chelmsford Counselling Foundation and am currently working there as a counsellor. I co-lead the clinical year 1 Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling run by the Foundation.
I work part time as an honorary counsellor with the Mid Essex Hospital Services. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
