About me

My name is Sandra, I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP which is the ethical code of practice set out by the British Association for counselling and Psychology. The basis of my work is Person centred, meaning I concentrate on you as an individual and your needs, and offer you a non judgemental, genuine, non discrimination, way of working. I have the knowledge of a number of different theories which I can draw on when appropriate, my down to earth, but professional approach to counselling can help you feel relaxed and at ease and is particularly powerful when helping you to express your concerns.

Kind Regards,

Sandra Pearson MBACP
