My name is Sandra Barber and I offer one to one Counselling and Psychotherapy in a private and confidential setting in Purley. Appointments can be flexible on certain days and evenings.
Counselling can be short term, to manage or deal with a specific problem, or longer term, open-ended to work with those who may wish to explore and gain more insight.
Therapy can enable you to have a deeper understanding of yourself and support you when finding your own solutions and direction in life.
If you are feeling low, or sense something isn't feeling right, then Counselling and Psychotherapy can support you and I can offer you a safe environment, where you can talk privately and in confidence.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a BSc (Hons) Degree in Integrative Counselling, where I have trained in Person centred, Psychodynamic and Existential therapies.

I have also worked in secondary and sixth form schools in the past 14 years, so have a good understanding of this age group.
