Hi my name is Sam, I run Mindworks counselling services which is located in Wirral, Liverpool, Chester & Warrington.
We are a team of highly qualified experienced BACP registered Counsellors. On initial contact i will advise you of the counsellor who has the most experience with your presenting worry. All our counsellors have vast experience an expertise in different fields. We work with adults & children.
No matter how you are feeling right now with the right support you can learn how to move forward, talking to someone who is trained to listen and care can help. Therapy is not suitable for everyone but for those who have a commitment to change & explore new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, it brings hope.
Establishing a a rapport and generally feeling comfortable with your therapist is a must it's the greatest tool in achieving the outcome you desire.
