Samantha Carbon - Psychotherapist (MSc) UKCP, MBACP Clinical Supervisor
147 Commercial Street
I work from an integrative framework, which means that I will adapt my holistic approach to best suit your needs, and will include elements of Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic approaches.
At the heart of my therapeutic model is the belief that within a safe, non- judgemental and mutually collaborative environment, we can all begin to reconnect with our true selves.
If you are suffering from emotional distress or mental health issues contact me. You may want to take some time to review the past in order to make more satisfying choices in the present, or be struggling with confidence and a sense of self behind the roles and often necessary masks at work or in family life.
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with:-
• Relationship issues
• Eating disorders
• Anxiety & panic attacks
• Co-Dependent relationships
• Obesity & body image
• Work related issues and Cross cultural issues
• Race issues
