Profile

I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups.  I support growth and positive change, encouraging self-awareness, self-discovery and self-belief.  I offer a safe space where you can express yourself without being judged or shamed, a place to explore the issues that may be stopping you from reaching your full potential and connecting with the real you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a BA awarded by the University of Liverpool.
I have a Diploma in Transactional Analysis awarded by The Lakeland Institute in Ulverston after four years study.
I have been in private practice since March 2010 and have been supporting clients through Carlisle Eden Mind since 2008.
I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. 
I am a Member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis and the European Association for Transactional Analysis and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Fees

Each session is 50 minutes long.  I normally charge £30 per session for individuals and £40 per session for couples.  Group sessions last 1 hour 50 minutes and cost £20 per person.
