Sally Turley MA, UKCP, HPC
My hope is for my clients to develop the strong sense of self that allows them to say about life choices, “This is me choosing, life isn’t doing things to me.”
There are many reasons why you may be reading this. Perhaps you need help to manage the sadnesses and challenges life can deal out: anxiety, angry feelings, depression, bereavement, loss and loneliness, meaninglessness, illness (yours or a loved one's), issues of identity, worries over failing to bond with your baby; perhaps you have decided this is the time to work through painful issues relating to your past. Or maybe you hope to explore life's choices to enable you to live the best life you can.
My training and experience offer us the opportunity to work with the arts to explore unconscious issues which may be influencing you. You may choose to work with visual images, clay, music, sand tray or you may prefer to stay with words alone.
I work for a full hour with a free initial appointment to think about the best way forward for you.
I can work with you on an open ended or short term basis.
