Profile
I provide a counselling service in which clients can discuss personal issues of any kind in a safe and confidential environment. I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist, trained in Person Centred Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and I use both these approaches in my work. I work with adults of all ages, and have a particular interest in working with older people and their families. I am a gay affirmative therapist with experience of working with sexual orientation and transgender issues. I also have many years of experience working with people with mental health problems.
I work in central Norwich in a counselling centre with disabled access and onstreet parking. I can offer short term focussed work, or open ended, as needed.
