Profile

I started my training after I met someone who changed my life, by giving me the tools to deal with my own emotional confusion.

About me
I have worked as a counsellor/psychotherapist/hypnotherapist for 15 years - specialising in deep emotional work. I am a trained pre bereavement and bereavement counsellor and work for a national bereavement charity -  and have done so for 10years. I also supervise for them. I have had much success with clients who have suffered anger, depression, panic attacks, debilitating anxiety that can present itself as OCD (forever checking) agoraphobia ( fear of not being able to escape) to name a few. I am able to shorten the counselling time by muscle testing and eye tapping and because we are all different, the methods I use depend on what you  present to me at the time.  My aim is to limit the time (and money) you spend on counselling, and the promise I make to you, is, that you will feel better after the first session, and I will go on to move you quickly but safely.
