Established in 2011, SAFE Counselling Services has become one of the premier counselling services in our region. All our Counsellors are fully qualified in their chosen field of practice, and all are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
What we do
Here at SAFE we recognize that no two people are the same. Our team of qualified Counsellors are fully trained in various forms of Psychotherapy including Person-Centred Approach, Solution-Focused Approach, Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Relationship Therapy. Before commencing therapy, your Counsellor will discuss with you the various styles of Counselling available and which one you both feel would work best for you.
Following an initial FREE assessment meeting with one of our team, your chosen Counsellor will work with you in helping you deal with whatever issue/s have brought you to our unique service.
Training, qualifications & experience
All our Counsellors are fully trained to a BA Honors Degree Level and all are fully competent in their chosen field of practice. Each member of our Counselling team has subsequently continued their professional development in their specialized field of practice, ensuring that our clients' receive the best possible psychological support from the moment they contact our service.
As members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, all of our team continue to work in keeping with the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
