I offer an initial free 20 minute assessment session either one to one or on the telephone.
An assessment can establish your therapeutic needs/issues & together we can discuss how counselling could help you. Maybe after the initial 20 minute assessment, you may want to continue with therapy.
During the assessment we can start to develop & explore a therapeutic relationship, together we can establish the therapeutic focus to enable full exploration of your presenting issues & expectations of how you would like to better manage, cope or recovery, from these issues.
FEES are: INDIVIDUAL THERAPY From £35-£45
COUPLE COUNSELLING From £65 to £55 per 1.5hr session
MIND & BODY SOMATIC THERAPY initial assessment from £45 1.5hrs sessions then £35
CONCESSIONS for low waged & students and trainee/ recently qualified counsellors
CRITICAL DEBRIEFING group therapy from: £75 per hour
An Initial assessment with the couple will enable exploration of what issues have led the couple to seek therapy, and a confidential contract will enable facilitation to enhance, develop manage and resolve communication issues & enable the couple to move forward with better communication skills to create harmony in their relationship.
CLINICAL SUPERVSION FROM £55
