Most of us at some stage in life feel confused, anxious, isolated, stressed or unable to cope. We may find ourselves stuck in negative patterns of behaviour, not knowing how to move forward.
It can be helpful to speak to someone who is understanding and who really listens. Someone who can be objective and empathetic. The process of Counselling often helps you to manage your stress and a enables you to gain a clearer understanding of your difficulties.
I am warm, supportive, insightful and trustworthy. My greatest strength as a Counsellor is my ability to show sensitivity and compassion to people from all backgrounds bringing a wide range of issues. I adopt a holistic approach to my work, looking at the whole person and I encourage that person to become aware of their own inner strength.
I work integratively, incorporating a range of different approaches, and I adapt these approaches according the difficulties my clients bring including: relationship issues, communication problems, anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, abuse, anger, bullying, trauma, low self-esteem and family related issues.
