Sometimes we may find ourselves waking up in the middle of the night, and if we are worried about something, then that’s usually the first thing that pops into our mind the second we wake up. And, when the world is quiet and we’re lying there awake, things appear much worse. You may find that you are dreaming more and waking up feeling exhausted, as if you haven’t slept at all. This can leave us worrying that there is something else wrong with us, on top of our original worries.
As human beings, we have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day go through our mind. That’s so many thoughts that we would not be able to voice them all even if we wanted to.
Many of the thoughts we have are the same old ones , like they’re playing on repeat, with no stop button available to us. Perhaps you would like to break this loop and have new, more positive thoughts?
Fortunately there is a way to do this, and once we have given you the tools to do so you'll be able to maintain your own inner dialogue and begin to choose which thoughts you will act on, rather than feeling like a back seat driver in your own life.
So if you feel ready for a life change, and would like to take back some control and move on, then call now for a free 20 minute telephone consultation, to see how we can help you.
So whether your having relationship issues, panic disorder, phobias or generalised anxiety disorder then connect with us now to start the change.
