My approach is Person Centered, though I am aware of being flexible, to find what may work best for you. Counselling may be a journey that you need to feel comfortable with, so I can adapt to your needs and find ways to help you express yourself.
I also understand counselling can feel like a huge step and you may feel anxious about this too, I hope to enable you to feel secure and support and guide you every step of the way.
I provide a confidential and personable service, so you need not worry how your information is shared and it is my responsibility to care and be sensitive to your needs, providing you with the reassurance you may need, to address your thoughts and feelings.
