Profile

Why do people need counselling? The answer is simple: because life isn't always easy.

This is something we all know and yet it's still hard to ask for help.

If you can find the courage to acknowledge there is a problem and take the next step to ask for help then you are already on the road to understanding yourself and those around you better, to improving your relationships and to realising what you truly want in life.
