Sometimes we reach a place in life where we feel stuck or confused and unable to know which direction we are going; we may feel unhappy and not know why, or maybe we do know why but not know how to move forward; we may feel alone and like we are not coping. 

In my counselling work I aim to provide a confidential, safe, non-judgemental environment in which my clients feel listened to and heard, therefore comfortable and supported to talk about and explore areas of their life which may be confusing or troubling them. 

I offer long and short-term counselling depending on the requriments and needs of my clients.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

My most recent qualification is an Integrative Counselling Foundation Degree with Commendation (Greenwich University).

I have a broad range of experience having worked for a community counselling serivce, a bereavement service and a GP's Surgery.

Limited concessions available.

Cancellations - 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, failing which there will be a charge.

My practice is in Beckenham, Kent within easy reach of several stations by bus.  Plenty of parking.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and am committed to working by their professional code of ethics.
