Hello, my name is Rosemarie and I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and sex therapist.  I have been working with couples and individuals with relationship and sexual problems for twelve years. 

I have a private practice in the Castle Bromwich area of Birmingham. I am a general member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) I am listed on their web sites of approved therapists.  As a General Member of COSRT I am bound by its Codes of Ethics and Principles of Good Practice for Members and subject to its Complaints Procedure.  I am also a General Member of BACP.

SERVICES:

I work with both couples and individuals, including straight, gay,lesbian and bisexual individuals and couples. I offer:

Couple Counselling – A confidential and personalised couple counselling service.

Psychosexual Therapy – A confidential, private and personalised sex therapy.  In sex therapy, treatment plans for sexual problems are individually tailored. Any sexual task is carried out in the clients own home never in the consulting room.  

Individual Counselling – a confidential service exploring the areas that may be of concern to you in order to help you clarify your issues and goals and find the solutions you need.
 
Supervision Service- I am also a qualified supervisor and can offer supervision to student counsellors and experienced counsellors.   

I work integratively with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychodynamic and Systemic Theories.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been working with couples and individuals with relationship and sexual problems for twelve years.

I started work as a counsellor in 1999 and went on to qualify as a Relationship Counsellor and Sex Therapist.  I have also undertaken further training and qualifications in family therapy. I also have undertaken further training in Supervision.

Advanced Certificate in Couple & Individual Counselling.

Advanced Certificate in Family Counselling.

Certificate in Clinical Supervision. 

Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy.

Fees

Fees: I charge £35 for initial assessment (One hour)

For Individuals - from £40 per ongoing session (50 minutes) Monday to Friday
For Couples - from £50 per ongoing session (50 minutes) Monday to Friday 
Saturday appointments are available and fees are £50 for an individual and £60 for couples.
