Rosalind De Silva Dip Couns (BCPC)
30 Frogmore Street
Feeling depressed? Struggling to cope? Stressed out with work? Difficulties with family relationships?
Using an integrative approach to counselling, I work with you in mind, providing a safe, supportive and confidential space to think about issues which are causing you difficulty and distress. These could be any number of things such as:
Bereavement and Loss
Long term and life threatening illness
I look for links and patterns in unconscious processes and behaviours that may be hindering your ability to live life in all its fullness. My belief is that when we are aware of these processes, change can happen along with an opportunity to make informed choices to 'do life' differently.
