How do you pick a counsellor? At times when you need to step aside from your life, because of difficulties, because you are unclear of direction, or you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures, I can offer you a confidential, professional listening ear, providing a safe, calm, space in which you are free to reflect and be supported. A time for you. It may be that you have current issues that are troubling you; you are feeling depressed, you have suffered a loss or difficulty; or you may have lost your zest for living, be struggling in a relationship, or be unsure about a decision you have to make. It may be that there is something in your past that you wish to resolve or a pattern that seems to have repeated often in your life that you’d like to gain insight into. I offer a sensitive and hopeful approach to help you find your way forward.
I offer counselling in a peaceful setting in Twyford (parking available, and walking distance from the train station) and am able to offer both short term and long term work; we can decide together which is most appropriate for you. I offer evening and day-time appointments.
What to do next? If you would like to have an initial meeting please call on either of the numbers given (or text the mobile number) and leave me a message (only I will have access to your message). I will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. You can also contact me by emailing via this directory.
