Romey Sylvester, BA (Hons), Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP
78 Mount Crescent
I'm Romey and welcome to my profile. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor offering effective therapy for depression, stress and anxiety, relationship problems, family difficulties and many other issues as well. I work in Brentwood, in a confidential setting with individuals, couples and groups.
I offer a confidential and non judgmental place in which you can talk about, and explore areas of difficulty in your life. This could be an immediate crisis, such as a relationship breakdown, or bereavement, or it maybe due to more long terms problems such as feeling low, anxious, or depressed, having relationships difficulties, or just feeling like something needs to change.
To find out more about whether counselling could help I offer a free introductory appointment in which we can discuss your needs, and see if counselling is the right way forward for you.
Please give me a ring, text or contact me by email to see how I can help.
