Counselling and psychotherapy offered in both Haslemere and Guildford. I am an integrative therapist trained to masters level, with over a decade of experience in the field.
My professional qualifications and background mean I am trained and have experience in working with a wide range of issues.
My approach is integrated, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural theory, with particular emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and attachment. This approach allows me to offer a broad range of effective techniques to clients, which have been proven to be effective through scientific research.
Individual, couples and family sessions available, as well and both long and short term work depending on each client's need and requirements.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and subscribe to their code of ethical practice.
I also offer assistance for anyone affected by addiction.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified to Masters level in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy,as well as having NCFE counselling skills certificates (levels 1-3). I am also on the BACP register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
As well as working in private practice, I have worked in clinical roles in residential addiction treatment and also higher education,
I also offer:
- EMDR, a method of treating many difficulties but is particularly effective in treating post traumatic stress and is recommended by both NICE and the World Health Organisation.
- An intervention service, working with families and / or concerned friends to encourage addicted individuals to get help.
- Assistance with finding and placing people within addiction treatment centres.
