The Oasis Centre For Health and Well Being
1-4 Lewins Yard
I am a qualified BACP registered psychotherapist / counsellor. My approach is integrative and I draw from a variety of disciplines in order to address the unique needs of each client. I work in a person centred way, that is I believe each client knows what the best solution for them is but may become blocked or overwhelmed and can benefit from exploring their issues with someone who will listen and reflect in an empathic, non-judgemental way to help them discover the right way forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
I studied integrative counselling at The University of Essex and The University of London where I gained a Masters. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and have full public liability insurance. Since graduating I have continued learning my craft attending courses and attaining a Certificate in Mental Health Awareness level 2 and a certificate from the Institute of Mental Health Working with Personality Disorders.
