Robert Hudson is the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of the Hudson Centre for Psychotherapy and Recovery. All of The Hudson Centre therapists are highly experienced, professional and genuinely caring people who want to help improve the lives of others.
We offer a wide range of therapies tailored to the needs of individual clients while in a Central London location. We also aim to be as flexible as possible for clients by offering therapy both on and offline.
As a treatment team we maintain a policy of strict confidentiality and follow the Code of Practice and the Ethical Guidelines of UKCP and BACP. If you decide to work with us, we will put together a treatment plan that focuses on a personal approach and is tailored to you and your needs.
We have an impressive success rate of dealing with problems resulting from:
- anxiety, panic attacks and phobias

Full Fees range from £110 - £150.
The Hudson Centre provides low cost therapy sessions for individuals and couples who are unemployed, experiencing financial difficulties or are unable to pay the full fee.
Low cost therapy sessions are available on Saturdays only.
Low cost fees: £40 – £50 for individuals. £60 – £70 for couples per session
