Hi, My name is Rob Hewes and I am an experienced and fully accredited Counsellor, NLP Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. Having spent over 12 years in intense practice and training, I am an integrative therapist with drawing skills and knowledge from various therapeutic approaches including Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness.
One size does not fit all. As everyone is different, I believe it is important to have a broad range of skills to work with an individuals uniqueness.
I work with clients through a range of issues and goals and according to there own needs.
Would you like to change the way you think and feel or how you react and behave in various situations. Perhaps you have unresolved issues that are holding you back. It is often the things that we are told at an early age, and how the outside world impacts on us that influences how we think, feel and behave.
I work with both short term solution focused Counselling and Coaching as well as long term therapy. I provide safe and highly effective counselling, in a warm and confidential environment.
I approach each client equally and work closely with them through there own transformational journey.
I provide one to one individual counselling, as well as couples Counselling for relationships.
I have an enhanced CRB check certificate.
I offer a free initial consultation to all prospective clients, which is important as it allows for us to meet and look at potential ways we can work together.
I also offer student discount.
