During difficult times I know from past experience the importance of having someone that listens, someone that cares, and gives you the space to explore your thoughts and share your experiences in a non-judgemental way. I can offer you that person and that space.
I run a small private practice called " My Time Counselling Service " in Sheffield City Centre offering counselling to people in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Area including Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster and North Derbyshire, my room is pleasant, warm, safe and easily accessible to all the above areas.
My belief is that while no-one can change the past, therapy can help, as there are positive ways through supported exploration that a person can begin to understand the past, find a level of acceptance and move forward at pace that feels right for them.
Short term and Long term work undertaken depending on each individual clients needs. Full discussion, consultation and regular reviews to facilitate the best possible service for the client.
