I am a Therapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential one to one counselling service either open ended or for an agreed number of sessions. I practice in Clapham South West London and in Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire.
People consider Counselling for many reasons, and in my experience, there is often a real desire to be able to change something within their lives. This on occasions can be a real challenge but talking through your thoughts and emotions, being heard by a qualified professional and having these thoughts and emotions reflected back to you can be an enabling and powerful experience.
As an integrative therapist I am able to adjust my style of counselling to best match your needs by drawing upon skills and theories I have learnt through my training. I am empathic and recognise that the relationship between client and counsellor is key in enabling the client to identify what they wish to work on and identifying the choices they have to meet their goals. Counselling changes lives.
