About me

As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, my goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and transitions in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, addiction, or relationship issues, my unique approach combines psychological and psycho-spiritual practices to help you achieve relational health and intergenerational change.

My ultimate goal is to help you become more fully self-expressed, leading to more authentic and empowering relationships with yourself and others. I believe that healing and recovery are gradual and that taking backward steps along the way is okay. As an attachment-informed EMDR therapist, EFT practitioner, transcendental guide, hypnotherapist, and author, I'll be with you every step of the way to support your journey towards a healthy and empowered life.

With over 20 years of experience working with people and their relational problems, I've come to understand that many of the challenges we face as adults are rooted in early childhood wounds and complex trauma. That's why I specialize in treating these multi-layered issues, using a blend of attachment-focused EMDR, hypnotherapeutic guided imagery, and other modalities to help you clear the path to move forward in life.

In our sessions together, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you can be open and honest without fear of judgement. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or couples counselling, I'll work with you collaboratively to help you gain more self-awareness and develop the skills needed to manage your mind and emotions. The result? Greater clarity, discernment, and a more deliberate approach to life.

Making Contact

When it comes to therapy, the relationship between us is everything. It's the foundation for a successful and transformative experience. I want you to feel comfortable and safe opening up to me and trust that I am here to support you every step of the way.

If you're considering working with me, I'd love to hear from you. Let's have an initial session and see how we can collaborate to create positive change in your life. I know how busy life can get and how difficult it can be to make time for therapy; that's why I also offer online therapy for your convenience. Whether you live far away or just can't make it to my practice, online therapy is a great option for accessing my services.

It's easy, confidential, and just as effective as an in-person session. All you need is an internet connection and some privacy, and we can connect at your designated time.

Let's work together to achieve your goals and improve your life, no matter where you are.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
