Counselling is an opportunity and a safe space that can be used when one is going through a difficult time in life to explore in order to bring more clarity, awareness and relief.
I am a qualified person centered therapist and a member of BACP who has worked with the NHS and with the MIND Organisation.
I have experience of working with a wide range of people presenting different issues on a one to one basis, but also in a group setting.
Counselling sessions can be long or short term, depending on what one needs. This can be discussed during the first meeting.
