My name is Richard Thornborough, I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psycotherapist.
My aim is to offer you the client a professional, non-judgmental, confidential service within an emotionally safe environment. I will facilitate you while you explore current or pressing difficulties and will strive to understand and help you work through them.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am fully insured and as I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psycotherapy and work in accordance with their ethics and guide to good practice.
I have been counselling for over seven years and began my training at Redlands Counselling & Psycotherapy College (Bournemouth College) in Dorset.
I furthered my development and trained and qualified as a counsellor in the Person-Centred Approach and Client-Centred Therapy in Southampton City College, Hampshire. I then attended Middlesex University to complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psycotherapy.
My qulifications are:
