Fees

I offer weekly one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy.  The first step is to arrange to meet for an initial assessment.  This is a 60 minute appointment that will give you the opportunity to tell me more about why you are seeking counselling, and to let me know what you would like to achieve from the process.  The assessment gives me the opportunity to get a better picture of your personal history, and will help us decide whether we are able to work together.  The fee for the assessment is £35.

If we decide to work together, I will recommend either short-term, focused work of 6-12 sessions, or longer-term work.  If we decide not to work together I will do my best to recommend a suitable alternative practitioner.

Subsequent therapy sessions last for 50 minutes, and the fee is £45 per session, though concessions are sometimes available depending on income.  I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellations where possible.  Missed or cancelled sessions will be charged for.

Please call or email me if you would like to make an appointment, or if you have any further questions.
