“Anything that human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.”

My work focuses on attaining positive change to allow clients to attain and maximize their potential across all areas of life, such as work, relationships, health education, etc.

I present nationally and internationally on the subject of trauma and attachment.

Please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss any matter which may bring you to psychotherapy.
