Sports Counselling:
Specialised treatment is also available to athletes and sports men and women.

We are seeing an increase in individual's within sport who suffer from psychological and emotional impairment. Depression and anxiety can be the result of their involvement in sport/competitions or personal issues: most often a combination of both.

As you are well aware this can not only have a significant impact upon performance but can prevent someone from achieving their full potential.

The therapeutic process can be tailored specifically to you and your sport to achieve not only a personal resolution but assist in sports performance.  Interventions can be matched to current training schedules in addition to sessions being arranged to coincide with competitions to maximise effectiveness and progress.

If you are interested specialised services, you can again contact me directly for a free consultation to answer any question and discuss what needs can be addressed.

With this treatment it is possible for the organisation you are affiliated with to support you with fees. I am available to discuss this with the relative representatives to discuss how this service can be used.
