The Institute Of Family Therapy
24-32 Stephenson Way
I am a professionally qualified, multilingual, UKCP registered and Association of Family Therapy Accredited Family Therapist, seeing clients through a private professional practice. My therapy practice offers a regular professional counselling and therapy support from Edgware, London.
I have over 20 years experience of working with individuals, couples, families, young people and children affected by a wide range of difficulties including abuse and trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship and communication issues.
Family Therapy can involve whole families, couples, parents and children or individuals and is well researched as an effective therapeutic approach for a wide range of relationship issues and communication difficulties. As a Family Therapist, I am interested in people's struggles and strengths within their relationships and so I am well placed to help. I have a light conversational style and I am keen to try to help people find new ways of talking with each other about their situations.
