I am a fully qualified and experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. In my practice I am able to work with a wide range of mental health issues which include depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalised anxiety, phobias and eating disorders.
I have a warm and friendly approach and I work collaboratively with people to develop a shared understanding of their difficulties. I work hard with people to enable a tailored and focused approach to meet individual needs, whilst delivering evidence-based therapies in the most effective way.
I am a member of the Hampshire and Surrey Psychology practice; we offer therapies with a strong evidence base so you can be reassured you are getting the right help. It also means that if I am unable to assist you we would be able to refer you to another psychologist in the practice or advise you on who can. Psychologists provide a professional service offering comprehensive psychological assessment and use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and British Psychological Society (BPS).

If you are claiming through a private healthcare provider, you may need to check whether you need a referral from your GP or a psychiatrist. Normally we would be able to claim the cost of the sessions directly from the provider. We are registered with major insurance providers e.g. BUPA, AXAPPP etc.
