Hello and welcome.
I am a fully qualified, registered and insured counsellor & psychotherapist working in private practice conveniently nestled in the PO15 and SO31 areas of Hampshire just off the M27 between junction 8 and 9 between Southampton and Portsmouth.
Please confirm your preferred location upon contacting me, this will help confirm appointment availability when replying to you as I work across Hampshire and London.
I am easily accessible from Botley, Burridge, Fareham, Wickham, Knowle, Park Gate, Segensworth, Swanwick, Sarisbury Green, Warsash, Lee-On-Solent, Whiteley, Burlsedon, Hedge-End, Locks Heath, Hamble-Le-Rice, Netley Abbey, Stubbington, Titchfield and surrounding areas in Hampshire.
I offer both short and long term therapy to young people, adults and couples. I am able to offer both face to face and telephone counselling.
I strive to provide a safe, open environment where you are able to explore difficulties and find direction in your life and through the counselling process, experience personal growth and development. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and an accepting environment for those wishing to experience change in their personal circumstances.
Counselling offers time and space in which to safely explore and grow, to understand anxieties, feelings and thoughts which may be troubling you.
It is also an opportunity to come to understand changes or life experiences which can cause anxiety, depression, self confidence and relationship issues, without criticism or judgement. Person-Centred counselling can facilitate significant and lasting change; for young people, men and women, from a range of backgrounds.
I trust in a person’s ability to find their own answers and direction in their own time and provide the right environment for them to do so.
Increased self-confidence, higher self-esteem, deeper understanding and an ability to see ourselves more clearly are some benefits of counselling.
