A professional counsellor who can help to heal your past, live your present, and create your future.
My name is Rebecca and I am a South West based registered counsellor and psychotherapist who practices in Clifton, Portishead & Weston-super-Mare.
After working in the telecommunication business for over 10 years, I trained as a counsellor. Successfully completing a four-year foundation degree in counselling and diploma in therapeutic counselling in 2014
I strongly believe that every client is different, with a unique path to overcoming their problems. I use an integrative approach to therapy, which means I use the most helpful theory and technique from a variety of theoretical backgrounds including; psychodynamic, transactional analysis, CBT, gestalt, and person centred therapy. I’ll tailor my approach depending on what works best for you.
Through insight & psychotherapy tools, I can help you:
- Improve relationships
- Relieve anxiety
- Alleviate depression
- Discover your strengths, contribution, worth and direction
- Understand and constructively manage anger and conflict
- Explore feelings of low self-worth and build inner confidence
- Explore and find your meaning in life
Sessions can be conducted face to face, via telephone or Skype. At present, I run morning and evening clinics at three locations in Weston-super-Mare, Portishead and Clifton
