I work in a confidential, understanding and non-judgemental way creating a safe and trusting environment for you to explore your issues whilst respecting your uniqueness. I aim to create awareness and understanding of yourself and your issues and where appropriate your goals. I can work in the short term which is helpful when focusing on a single issue and in the longer term which can enable deeper more reflective changes and awareness to be made.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk) and Association for Coaching (www.associationforcoaching.com) and adhere to their Ethical Frameworks. I am insured and hold an enhanced DSB disclosure. My work is supervised and I undertake regular professional and personal development.
