About me

I am an accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over 10 years experience of working in a variety of settings with a diverse group of people.

Through my work I have helped individuals tackle feelings of isolation and depression, worries around sexuality or the breakdown of a relationship. I have also specialised in working with people who are stuck in the cycle of addiction but desperately want to change.

If you are someone who is feeling stuck and dissatisfied with your life, or if you feel sad, angry, lonely and depressed and you know there is something holding you back from the life you want, it may be worth considering therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified, clinically trained and, UKCP accredited, Psychoanalytic-Psychotherapist.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
